The retention campaign built off the success of the previous year’s proposition, aligning booking Unite Students with the easiest, most obvious choice. Colours, messaging and font were undeniably Unite Student brand, yet A Gen Z aesthetic with a vibrant, edgy, and improvisational vibe.
This refreshed approach ensured that the campaign not only maintained brand consistency but also spoke directly to the preferences and behaviors of the target audience. By embracing bold visual elements and a more spontaneous, digital-native style, we created an engaging experience that felt authentic to Gen Z. The result was a campaign that resonated with students, driving both brand loyalty and retention while reinforcing Unite Students as the go-to choice for student accommodation.
